Realistic vehicle inspection
at the end of the line
The Rolling Road Eco is the latest addition to our successful portfolio of vehicle test benches, which also includes the 1- and 2-axle ABS testers used worldwide as well as our high-performance 4-engine roller test benches. The new solution simulates the driving behavior of front-wheel, rear-wheel and all-wheel drive vehicles under realistic conditions – regardless of the vehicle type.
The central test criteria of the Rolling Road Eco include driving performance, shift points, tire balance, speedometer accuracy and driving behavior, which can also be subject to a subjective evaluation. All test parameters are defined specifically for each vehicle and displayed clearly and vividly on large screens in the test system. An optional vehicle mass simulation with energy recovery also contributes to a further reduction in operating costs.

Technology that convinces
Thanks to mechanically coupled drive technology via cardan shafts and angular gears, torque and speed are evenly distributed – for a safe, authentic driving experience with low maintenance requirements. The castors are specially coated, balanced and designed for speeds of up to 200 km/h.
